Tierney’s have been a pleasure to work with during the opening of The Guardsman Hotel. Everyone in the entire team has been professional and accommodating of our needs in this ever changing timeline of hotel opening. The system itself suits our needs perfectly and whilst we managed to do preopening training prior to the lockdown, everything had changed from the menu to the team by the time we came to reopen; close and then reopen again. Opening an Independent Five Star hotel during a worldwide pandemic not once but twice has been fraught with difficulties, Tierney’s always provided a solution effortlessly and whilst this is the first project I have worked with Tierney’s on I have opened other hotels and wouldn’t hesitate recommending them.
I have worked with Tierney’s since early 2017 and can honestly say they are a true partner in every sense of the word. During this time we have replaced new printing process management, email upgrade for 150+ users, and large scale server upgrades with several parties involved.
Kevin and John together with their support team(s) have delivered on everything they promised. During Covid-19 they also managed to reduce the cost base. I can only say it was one of the best decisions to bring them on board, and can only recommend them to any future partner.
I have also brought them onboard for one of our properties and again they exceeded all the expectations.
It was refreshing and encouraging to work with such open, honest and dynamic team at Tierney’s. Great debates, discussions and idea sharing are part of what makes a successful training session.
